Questions
When will I receive my points?
Your points are added once your order ships. They may show as pending for a short while before you can spend them.
Do my points expire?
Only after 12 months with no activity. Place an order or use a reward and the 12 months start again.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?
The points from that order are taken back from your balance.
Can I use my rewards with other discount codes?
No. Rewards can't be stacked with other discount codes.
How do I check my balance?
Tap Rewards in the corner of any page and sign in. Your balance is shown at the top.
